Academic Music
In the Third Form all pupils take lessons in class Music. The curriculum focuses upon composition, with a Radio Play and film scores being the results of the year's work. Many of the best examples are displayed in an annual Music Exhibition during Commem. Cubase software, available on all the Music School computers and which also drives the Studio Control Room, is used for these projects alongside Sibelius notation software. Many boys go on to choose Music at GCSE and then A Level.
