New Deputy Head (Academic) Appointment

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Henderson as the new Deputy Head (Academic) in succession to Mark Waldron, who goes on to be Headmaster of the English College in Prague in 2009.

Mr Henderson is an Oxford History graduate who taught at the Windsor Boys' School before joining Eton in 2001.  He has been Head of Department since 2005 and he also ran the Eton Soccer 1st XI as well as coaching hockey and cricket.  He is married to Ali and they have a baby son, Charlie.
