Tindall Recital: Simon Callaghan - piano
On a very wet and extremely stormy November evening, while there was widespread flooding around the county and in particular of the Acreman Street car park just outside the Music School (which looked like a lake), a small but determined audience braved the weather, joined thirty Shirburnians in the Tindall Recital Hall, and were treated to an outstanding piano recital.

Met Office and Exeter Uni visit
A party of boys braved the elements on 21st November to visit the Met Office in Exeter. The trip was somewhat delayed, due to the inclement weather, which fortunately our hosts had foreseen! The boys learnt a bit about the history of the Met Office and its role in forecasting the weather for a wide range of audiences.

Sherborne's Senior Mathematics Challenge
Sherborne mathematicians have excelled themselves in this year's Senior Mathematics Challenge with over 70% of pupils obtaining a Gold, Silver or Bronze medal. Kei Nishino (U6b) who achieved 'Best in School' won Gold along with Henry Lin (U6a).
