Department of Education KS4 Performance Data Tables

95% GCSE A*-C in June 2011

The data used in the recent DoE Performance Tables and published in the Daily Telegraph on 26 January, had a number of inaccuracies which have incorrectly represented the School's GCSE performance in June 2011 by a substantial margin. We have contacted the Department of Education so that the performance tables can be amended as soon as possible.

To clarify, the percentage of boys during the academic year 2010/11 at Sherborne School gaining five A* - C GCSE's, including English and Maths, was 95% not 75% as published.
