The opportunity to play at Bath’s Recreation ground as a curtain raiser before their A league game against Harlequins was always going to be a great way to start the second half of what to date, has been a very difficult season for the 1st XV. With several players returning from injury, the 1st XV squad supported by seven of this season’s successful Colts team made the short trip to Bath in preparation for the fixture against Prior Park School.
