The Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy is a fantastic opportunity to learn from one of the greatest in a fun and safe environment!  A fun filled week packed with every aspect of cricket coaching, designed to build on existing talent and unearth future stars. Day and residential cricket coaching courses for boys and girls aged 5-16 yrs.

An action packed fun filled week for children aged 7-16 years covering every aspect of rugby coaching, designed to build on existing talent and unearth future stars. A unique rugby coaching opportunity!  Meet Matt Dawson, learn what it takes to be a professional rugby player. Speed agility and quickness sessions, pre hab and re hab sessions in the swimming pool, nutrition sessions with our “fuel for sport” programme..
