PART TIME CAREERS SECRETARY
25 hours per week, 9.00am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday, during term time.
Sherborne School is seeking a part-time secretary to join the busy Careers Department from September 2012
The successful applicant will assist with the administration, organisation and smooth-running of the Careers Department. Ideally they will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Mail Merge and email. Previous secretarial experience is essential including a friendly and pleasant telephone manner. Previous Higher Education knowledge would be an advantage.
