FRONT OF HOUSE CATERING ASSISTANT, part time, 36 working weeks.

Maximum 28.5 hours per week as follows:
- up to 16 hours over Saturdays and/or Sundays, between 7am and 8pm, to include 2 x 30 minute unpaid breaks;
- up to 12.5 hours over three to five evenings between Monday to Friday, 6pm to 8.30pm

ART TECHNICIAN/ ADMINISTRATOR, term time only

35 hours per week, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.  The Art Technician/ Administrator is particularly responsible for the ordering of materials specific to the Art department and accurate book-keeping, as well as assisting with the preparation and display of artwork.

LIBRARY ASSISTANT, part time, term time only.

25 hours per week, Friday to Monday.

The School seeks to appoint a confident and enthusiastic individual to assist within the School Library.  The applicant must have good organisational skills and be flexible and willing to undertake a wide range of library duties and welcome all library users.  The candidate must possess proficient ICT skills, together with knowledge of online searches, and be able to work independently.

HOUSE MATRON (non-residential), full time, term time only.

48 hours per week as per the rota.  Hours of work will fall between 7.15am and 11pm, including weekends.

The primary role of the Matron is to support the happiness, welfare and well-being of the boys in the House.  The Matron will report directly to the Housemaster and will be a key point of contact for parents and other colleagues.

SHOP ASSISTANT, part time

The School seeks a dynamic individual to work as a Shop Assistant in the uniform, sports and stationery shop.  The successful post holder will have developing commercial awareness to provide first class customer service and support within the School Shop, working within a strong, but small, team.

22.5 hours per week over 3 days, as per the rota. Hours of work will be based around the Shop hours of 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 8.30am to 2.30pm on Saturdays.

Candidates must be able to maintain the high standards of the catering service, provide input into the planning of menus and assist in the promotion of new ideas.  Previous catering experience essential - GNVQ Level 2 (or similar).
