An opportunity to play for the two School services in the Abbey each week and to accompany the Abbey men and boys' choir on the magnificent organ by Gray & Davison, and to work with the Music School.

CHEF DE PARTIE, full-time (40 hours per week - 5 days out of 7, as per the rota, all year round position).
The successful applicant will be required to use their culinary skills to provide quality meals for our students, staff and functions.  Candidates must be able to maintain the high standards of the catering service, provide input into the planning of menus and assist in the promotion of new ideas.  Previous catering experience essential - GNVQ Level 2 (or similar).

PASTORAL ASSISTANTS required for 2018 Summer Courses (July and August 2018) at Sherborne International
Temporary contracts for a maximum of eight weeks from 4 July 2018, with two compulsory induction days on 2 and 3 July.  The work of the pastoral (non-residential) and house (residential) staff is to look after the students whenever they are not in class.  Pastoral staff must put the welfare and well-being of students as their top priority in every aspect of their work.  This includes compliance with health and safety aspects.  Supervising and looking after the welfare of youngsters when they are in your care demands a high level of focus and responsibility.

Successful applicants will have a sound common sense approach, the ability to trouble-shoot calmly and effectively and to work as part of a team.
