Policies

Sherborne Boys has a range of policies in place to guide daily life and support our whole community. These help shape decisions and actions across the School, ensuring every child feels safe, supported and inspired to explore their strengths. Our aim is to give every pupil the chance to grow in confidence and develop the skills they need for a happy, fulfilling life.

These policies support the wellbeing of everyone in the Sherborne Boys community, including pupils, staff, volunteers and families. They help create consistency and clarity across school life. Safeguarding:

Sherborne Boys is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The School aims to provide a warm and secure environment, with an open and frank atmosphere, in which children can feel supported. The fundamental right to be protected from harm is an essential part of the School’s pastoral responsibility and necessitates a clear child protection policy and procedures.
